Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Startup Automation Analyst to support startup and commissioning software applications, data interfaces, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. In this role, you will work with project teams and end users to help improve digital work processes, troubleshoot application issues, and support data-driven tools used across startup and commissioning activities.
"This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership” #LI-TH1 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Support the digitalization and continuous improvement of startup and commissioning work processes.
  • Partner with end users to identify, document, and resolve software issues and process gaps
  • Develop SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and stored procedures using Access, SQL Server, and Oracle databases.
  • Support API integrations between internal and external applications.
  • Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and presentation content for users and stakeholders.
  • Develop SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and stored procedures using Access, SQL Server, and Oracle databases.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL development.
  • Experience with Access, Oracle, SQL Server, SSMS, Oracle SQL Developer, or similar database tools.
  • Experience developing reports, queries, dashboards, and analytical outputs.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, technical writing, and presentation skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of engineering and construction work processes.
  • Understanding of EPC tools, functional integration, and startup testing and commissioning procedures.
  • Project site experience.
