Job Summary:

The Data Analyst will lead the design and development and rollout of Microsoft Power Platform solutions across our Workforce Services function and Construction teams. The role will combine data analysis, business process improvement in an effort to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and enhance operation efficiency. The Workforce Services Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting ongoing workforce systems and automation enhancements.

Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership” #LI-TH1 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and roll out of Microsoft Power Apps for Recruitment and Construction business functions inclduing change management strategies.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation for recruiting and onboarding workflows
  • -Design, develop, maintain and test Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and Microsoft Dataverse solutions
  • Manage user access and permissions for Craft reporting metrics systems.
  • Assist with safeguarding craft employee data, ensuring privacy and compliance across HR systems and documentation.
  • Address inquiries from project teams or end-users with regards to reporting metric systems.
  • Generate craft-related reports, metrics, and recruiting insights from the ATS and HR systems.
  • Provide guidance to end-users in utilizing data for managing craft applicants and employees
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of personal data for current and former employees
  • Assist with system testing under the direction of the Global Workforce Services Workforce Planning and Systems Manager
  • Collaborate with the software configuration team to define functional requirements and upgrades for Craft HRIS and ATS, including Employee Central
  • Test HRIS and ATS functionality, identifying conflicts or usability concerns
  • Audit craft employee data to ensure integrity
  • Deliver necessary training and guidance, including conducting sessions and creating instructional materials
  • Collaborate with Business Systems or Construction Automation teams to ensure compatibility between Craft HRIS and timekeeping/productivity systems.
  • Extract data from HRIS or timekeeping systems to support compensation and other objectives.
  • Manage document storage systems for organizing and retrieving personnel records.
  • Offer insights into craft employment policies and work processes
  • Assist with audits concerning craft employee hiring, payroll, benefits, records, or systems usage

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience​

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP), Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., BrassRing, Taleo, or SuccessFactors), and/ or craft automated tools / application (e.g., Power BI).Analytical thinking
  • Advanced understanding of craft-centric movements and their relation to the construction industry.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and train others on routine data administration tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with colleagues at all levels professionally and respectfully.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Proven ability to work across functions and departments to achieve goals.
  • Full-time remote position with the expectation of monthly travel/visits to projects.
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with craft professional activities and transactions.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Excel and other craft-related tools such as Power Bi and Power Apps.
