Job Summary:
Provides HR Generalist support for Bechtel Business Services (BBS) People Operations HR Shared Services activities within one or more of the following functions:
- HRMS (SAP) Data Processing and integrity
- Data Analytics, reporting, and metrics
- Process Mapping/ Process performance administration
- Leave of Absence/ employee terminations severance processing
- Region and Country Employment compliance, employment contract administration, etc.
- Global Mobility Assignment Processes
- Benefits Administration and Employee Service Center (GOSI, medical plans, employment verification etc)
- Global Immigration HR administration– COC, MOFA, Muqeem, QIWA, Ministry of Human Resources, etc.
- Exit/re-entry visa issuance, or other critical government requirements, including regular working hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
Major Responsibilities:
Provides HR Specialist support for Bechtel Business Services (BBS) People Operations HR Shared Services activities within one or more of the following functions:

- Data Analytics, reporting, and metrics
- Process Mapping/ Process performance administration
- Leave of Absence/ employee terminations severance processing
- Region and Country Employment compliance, employment contract administration, etc.

- Benefits Administration and Employee Service Center (GOSI, medical plans, employment verification etc)
- Global Immigration HR administration– COC, MOFA, Muqeem, QIWA, Ministry of Human Resources, etc.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor Level Degree in Human Resources and minimum of 4 years related work experience or Bachelor Level degree and 5 years related work experience.
Basic Knowledge and Skills:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Possess service mindset and ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to exercise initiative and make decisions with little or no supervision and be accountable for such actions
- Ability to work in a high-volume transaction environment
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptive to changing priorities
- Advanced Excel skills - data manipulation, reporting, graphics etc
- Mobility – available to travel or relocate to temporary or long-term project assignments if needed
Preferred Knowledge and Skills::
- HR generalist with a major multinational employer
- Data analytics skills and abilities
- Saudi Immigration and benefits administration
- Staffing and Recruitment
- International HR areas; expatriate assignments and relocation, immigration compensation and expatriate tax
- HR employee and manager service centers
- HR master data input with SAP or other global HR system
- Six Sigma/Lean concepts and process mapping, and practices for process management
- Multilingual capabilities
- Lived or worked as an expatriate outside of country of origin
